David Graham is a real estate agent who gets results. With over 20 years in the real estate arena, I know what works and what doesn’t to sell homes throughout various S. Florida counties. I have resided in S. Florida area for over 40 years and for the past 3 decades as actively been involved in the real estate arena; A former Business owner & former Loan Officer, A license Real Estate agent and license Property Manager, everything Real Estate is my passion & I strive to be the very best. As a residential specialist, I have developed a completely unique marketing system for my clients. It works! This system has helped many clients achieve their real estate dreams! I am a hometown native, If I am not selling or listing real estate, you can find me at home with family watching TV documentaries &/ or the Education and Gospel Channel.
My competitive spirit started early, I carefully researched all the possible opportunities in my career I decided to pursue real estate, a career I had always dreamed of working in. Actually, my real dream was to become a Builder Developer. During my real estate career, I have become a respected member of the real estate community. From 2008 to 2013, I was the preferred outsourcing REO listing agent for Fannie Mae. I always provide my clients with excellent service and that is one of the reason my clients keep coming back year after year!
My business philosophy begins with the belief that clients and customers should be treated with honesty & respect. High pressure sales tactics are not part of my philosophy! My primary focus is to help my clients and customers explore their financial and real estate goals, then focuses my energy, skill and expertise on helping them attain those goals.
